This includes registering with HMRC, filing your Self Assessment tax return, and paying your Income Tax and National Insurance contributions. Catering Temps does not operate PAYE and will not deduct tax from your pay.

I understand and agree that:
• I am registering as a self-employed contractor, not an employee
• I am solely responsible for paying my own Income Tax and National Insurance contributions
• I am responsible for registering with HMRC for Self Assessment and filing my tax returns
• I will maintain accurate records of my earnings for tax purposes
• Catering Temps will not deduct tax at source from payments made to me *
